Workroom & Partners
Brand Development · Website · Brand Deck · Social Launch

Luxury outdoor furniture handcrafted in solid Iroko and powder coated aluminum, made to order between Miami and Madrid, built in collaboration with independent designers. They arrived with a logo suite and nothing else. We built the world it lives in and took the brand to market.
SITUATION
A furniture company producing work at a genuinely high level, with a logo suite and no presence on the internet whatsoever. No site, no brand world, no way for anyone to see the product without standing in the showroom. They had interviewed other agencies first and walked away from all of them for the same reason: nobody engaged with the furniture itself, only with the category it sat in.
DIAGNOSIS
A logo is not a brand. It is one asset with no context around it, and context is the entire job when the product costs what this one costs. The gap was never visibility. It was translation. This is furniture built on restraint, proportion and materials that improve with age, and every default in the luxury outdoor category pulls the opposite way toward gloss, staging and volume. Applying that playbook would have made the work look like everyone else's while quietly removing the reason it is worth the money.
DECISION
Build the world out of the same principle the furniture is built on. Clarity over excess, permanence over trend. That meant a slower site, more space around the product, fewer things said and every one of them true. Then put that world in front of buyers on every surface at once, so the launch read as one brand arriving rather than a company testing the water.
WHAT WE BUILT
The brand world around the existing mark. Language, art direction, and the rules that hold it together across every surface. A website that presents made-to-order work honestly, with the collections, the partner designers and the studio all given room. A customer facing brand deck that sells the philosophy before it sells the furniture, built for designers, dealers and direct clients. Then we ran the social accounts through launch so the first impression anyone had of the brand was the one we designed.
