We work through them based on your membership: Standard — 1 active request at a time Premium — 2 active requests at a time As soon as one is completed, we move directly to the next. HOW FAST IS TURNAROUND? Most revisions and active requests are handled within 48 hours on average. Larger initiatives like brand systems, identity builds, or websites move in structured phases with consistent progress every 24–48 hours. Momentum stays intact. WHAT DOES 48 HOURS ACTUALLY MEAN? 48 hours is our average response time for revisions and active requests. That includes: • Color adjustments • Copy changes • Small additions or removals • File exports and format updates • Website edits and fixes • Ongoing communication and feedback It does not mean a full brand system is built in two days. Larger builds are delivered in phases until complete. WHO WILL I WORK WITH? You work directly with TNA’s in-house team. No outsourcing. No creative handoffs. No revolving freelancers. TNA retains ownership of all working files and creative frameworks. You receive usage rights based on your membership: Standard Membership Includes an Exclusive Rights Managed license for brand assets created specifically for your company. Your logo, brand identity, and internal business materials are yours to use. Premium Membership Includes a full Commercial License for broader use, including advertising, resale, large-scale campaigns, and extended distribution. If you need expanded rights beyond your current plan, additional licensing agreements are available by request, including Asset Transfer Options and custom commercial licensing.
