WHY WOULDN’T I JUST HIRE A FULL-TIME DESIGNER?

Good question! Hiring a senior-level designer can cost over $100,000 annually (plus benefits), and you may not always have enough work to justify their time. With our subscription, you only pay for the time you’re actively using our services. It’s flexible, efficient, and cost-effective.

How is DesignFlow different from working with a freelancer or traditional agency?

DesignFlow was created to remove the friction of hiring. No searching. No onboarding. No missed deadlines or mismatched aesthetics. Unlike freelancers, we don’t disappear mid-project. Unlike big agencies, we don’t charge $10k just to kick things off. You get a dedicated, high-level creative team with full access—fast turnarounds, real design thinking, and a strategic partnership built around momentum, not meetings.

What if I already have a designer or team? Can we still work with you?

Absolutely. We can integrate seamlessly with in-house teams. Many of our clients have internal designers or marketers—we come in to elevate the visual direction, expand your creative capacity, or bring strategy where it’s missing. Our only requirement: we collaborate with a single decision-maker to ensure clarity and keep the process moving.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY REQUESTS I CAN HAVE?

Nope! You can add as many design requests as you’d like to your Trello queue. We’ll process them one at a time (Standard Plan) or two at a time (Premium Plan) and deliver them as they’re completed.

HOW FAST WILL I RECEIVE MY DESIGNS?

Most requests are completed within 48 hours on average. Larger or more complex projects, such as decks, multi page designs, branding, may take up to 3-5 business days with 48 hour updates.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE IN 48 HOURS?

Depending on the design style, and depth. Typical requests delivered in 48 hours include:

  • Social media graphic.

  • Poster design.

  • Flyer or event graphic.

  • Copywriting request.

  • illustration design.

For larger requests, like branding packages, we’ll send parts of the deliverable every 24-48 hours until the request is complete.

How many concepts do I get per request?

Each request includes one design concept per submission. That means if you’re requesting a logo, a t-shirt design, or a flyer—we’ll deliver one fully developed idea for that item.

We can provide color variations or minor iterations within that concept, but entirely different creative directions require a new request.

Why? Because great design isn’t about volume—it’s about intention. This approach ensures every idea is thoughtful, focused, and strategically aligned.

Our Premium Membership is perfect for that, allowing us to work on two active requests simultaneously—whether it’s multiple logo directions, different product designs, or campaign options.

WHO WILL I WORK WITH?

You’ll work directly with TNA’s in-house design team, ensuring you receive top-tier designs and personalized attention for every project.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE LARGER REQUESTS?

Larger requests, like branding packages or websites, are broken into manageable parts or phases. You’ll receive portions of the deliverables or updates every 24-48 hours until the request is fully completed.

HOW DOes BRAND identity design WORK?

Branding packages are completed in structured phases, and you can choose to move at your own pace—whether that’s with one pipeline (Standard Plan) or two pipelines (Premium Plan). Learn more about how TNA's branding on subscription works.

The process includes:

  • Phase 1: Discovery & development process, including questionnaires and mood boards.

  • Phase 2: Brand identity concept & design (colors, typography, logosuite).

  • Phase 3: Brand manual and final deliverables.

  • Phase 4: Content & collaterals (Optional)

Brand Identity design on average can typically take 8-12 weeks for the Standard Membership and 4-8 with a Premium Membership, while Brand Strategy take 4-8 weeks with a Standard Membership and 4 weeks with a Premium Membership. WHAT ABOUT BUILDING A BRAND STRATEGY?

Our Brand Strategy process mirrors our brand identity approach: structured, intentional, and built to last. Strategy is developed in distinct phases—starting with guided intake questionnaires, followed by a concept deck outlining your positioning, voice, and audience insights. We then refine it together through collaborative revisions to lock in your final plan.

Most strategies take 4–6 weeks and are ideal for founders who need clarity before creating content or design.
Think of it as the blueprint before the build.

WHAT PROGRAMS DO YOU USE TO DESIGN?

We primarily use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Procreate, Miro, and Trello for our workflow.

Are you part of our internal team? Can we schedule regular meetings or long calls?

We’re your creative partner—not your employee. At The Newton Agency, we work best when our time and focus are spent on creative output, not corporate process. We don’t sit in on long meetings, attend weekly check-ins, or hop on multiple calls. Our workflow is intentionally streamlined so we can stay deep in the work—designing, directing, and delivering.

 

All communication and requests are submitted through Trello via your designated project manager. That ensures everything is distilled, focused, and actionable—so we stay locked in on aesthetics, not admin. Trust the process. You hired us for clarity, not chaos.

Do you handle copywriting? Can you write our content, ads, and captions too?

Yes—we specialize in brand copywriting, storytelling, marketing, and advertising content.
From campaign headlines to social captions, product descriptions to full brand narratives, we write with intention, clarity, and voice. But great copy only happens when there’s strategy underneath it.

As long as your brand strategy is solid (whether developed by us or provided), we can confidently build copy that resonates, converts, and aligns visually with your brand.

That said—copy decisions need clarity.
If your approval process involves multiple departments or layers of review, please know: we work best when collaborating directly with the decision maker. We’re not built for groupthink, committee edits, or copy by consensus.

To keep things smooth and creative momentum high, we require a clear point of contact who can distill feedback, make approvals, and trust us to do what we do best.

We’re here to write the words that move your brand forward—not get stuck in approval purgatory to get the best use of your designflow time.

HOW DO I REQUEST DESIGNS?

All requests, revisions, and feedback must be submitted through Trello. You can attach files, share links (Google Drive, Dropbox), or even record a Loom video to explain your needs. If it can be shared in Trello, it works for us!

DO I NEED TO USE TRELLO FOR THIS SERVICE?

Yes, Trello is a requirement for our service. It serves as the central hub for all project management. All requests, revisions, approvals, and updates are managed exclusively through Trello to ensure seamless communication and organization.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE DESIGN?

No worries! We provide unlimited revisions. We’ll refine your design until you’re 100% satisfied.

IS THERE ANY DESIGN WORK YOU DON’T COVER UNDER THESE PLANS?

Yes. Currently, we do not cover under subscription memberships:

  • 3D modeling.

  • App development and design. 

  • Stop motion animation.

  • Large video Production design. 

  • Reels or social media videos

  • Social Media Management

WHAT IF I ONLY HAVE A SINGLE REQUEST?

No problem at all! If you just need one design, you can submit a single request for a simple flat fee—no subscription required. It’s a hassle-free way to get high-quality design without the commitment.

ARE THERE REFUNDS IF I DON’T LIKE THE SERVICE?

No. Due to the time-intensive nature of our work, we do not offer refunds.

What kind of websites does TNA design?

We exclusively design on Wix StandardWix Studio, which allows for sleek, modern designs without the need for complex coding. Our websites are built to look great, function effortlessly for our clients, and maintain a strong brand identity, but we do not handle complex development-heavy websites on subscription. 

What We Offer:

How many pages are included in the website design?

We create up to 5 essential pages, which typically include:

  • Landing Page (Home)

  • About / Contact

  • Portfolio or Work Showcase

  • Services or Offerings 

  • Blog

If you need additional pages, we can discuss them on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer e-commerce or custom development?

No, we do not build e-commerce websites, membership sites, or custom-coded websites. We focus strictly on brand-driven, visual-first websites that establish a strong online presence.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Yes, all of our Wix Studio designs are fully responsive, ensuring a seamless experience on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Does TNA handle website maintenance after launch?

Yes, as long as you are subscribed to one of our DesignFlow memberships, we will continue to maintain, update, and refine your website as needed. This includes design tweaks, content updates, and minor revisions to keep your site aligned with your brand. If you ever decide to pause or cancel your membership, we will hand over full access along with instructions so you can manage the website independently. If you need ongoing maintenance afterward, we can discuss it as a separate service. 

Do you offer SEO for websites?

We provide basic SEO setup, including meta descriptions, keywords, and mobile optimization. However, advanced SEO strategies and ongoing optimization are not included.

How long does it take to complete a website?

A typical 5-page website takes on average 4-8 weeks from design to completion, depending on revisions and how quickly we receive all required content.

What do I need to provide for my website design?

To ensure a smooth process, you’ll need to provide:

  • Branding elements (logos, color palettes, fonts, etc.)

  • Written content for each page (or we can assist with copywriting)

  • High-quality images (brand photos, product images, etc.)

  • Links or references to websites you like for inspiration

Can I provide my own photos and videos for posts?

Absolutely! If you have brand photos, videos, or user-generated content, you can upload them to Trello, and we’ll integrate them into your content strategy. If you need branded graphics, illustrations, or text-based content, we’ll create them as part of your DesignFlow subscription. 

How do you develop the content strategy?

We create a custom content strategy based on your brand identity, audience, and goals. This includes:

  • Identifying your brand voice & messaging

  • Planning aesthetic and visual themes

  • Aligning with seasonal promotions or campaigns

  • Creating content pillars that balance brand storytelling, promotions, and engagement

If you have an in-house team managing marketing, we can collaborate to align our designs with your existing strategy.

How do I get started?

Getting started with TNA is simple. Once you subscribe to a DesignFlow membership, we will set up your Trello board within 24-48 hours and send you access via email.

From there, the next step is to:

  1. Fill out the applicable questionnaires If needed, to provide details about your project, branding, logo designs, print materials, or any other design needs. This helps us understand exactly what we’re working on and what your expectations are.

  2. Upload any relevant assets – If you have existing branding materials, logos, style guides, or references, you can add them to Trello or share a Dropbox link with us.

  3. Outline your project requests – Whether it’s a logo design, website updates, or marketing collateral, you’ll submit your requests directly through Trello.

From there, we get to work, ensuring your designs align with your vision and brand identity. If you have any questions along the way, we’ll be right there in Trello to assist.
