What is the Guided Brand Strategy Bundle™?
It’s the step before strategy. You take what’s in your head and build it out into something structured, clear, and usable so your brand can actually support growth.
What do I actually get from the GBS?
You get a full breakdown of your brand including positioning, audience, voice, and direction. More importantly, you understand how everything connects so you can make consistent decisions moving forward.
What is the Founder Review?
You complete the GBS and we go through everything. We review how you’re thinking, how you’re positioning, and what you’re building, then give you direct feedback on what’s working, what needs refinement, and what to do next.
What happens after I finish the GBS?
You can use it to build your brand with clarity on your own, or move into DESIGNFLOW™ where we take that foundation and execute it with you.
Do I need strategy before design?
Yes. Without strategy, design becomes guesswork. That’s why the GBS exists.
Can I use AI with this?
Yes. The GBS is structured so you can generate on-brand content using AI tools, but the quality of that output depends on how well your strategy is built.
Why do most brands fall apart after launch?

What is DESIGNFLOW™?
DESIGNFLOW™ is a flat-rate, ongoing creative system by The Newton Agency. You submit requests as needed and everything is built within one consistent direction so your brand holds as it grows.
How is DESIGNFLOW™ different from freelancers or traditional agencies?
Freelancers handle individual tasks and often operate independently. Agencies work in fixed scopes and timelines. DESIGNFLOW™ keeps everything inside one system so the work stays consistent, connected, and continuous.
What types of work are included?
Branding, content design, marketing assets, packaging, web design, motion, and ongoing creative. If it touches your brand, it belongs in DESIGNFLOW™.
Is there really no contract?
DESIGNFLOW™ is month-to-month. Cancellation requires a 28-day written notice prior to your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued once a billing cycle has started. For full details, refer to our Terms.
How does the request process work?
You submit requests through Trello with clear direction, references, and feedback. We work through requests in order and keep everything organized and visible.
Is all communication handled in one place?
Yes. All communication, feedback, and project flow happens inside Trello and Figma. This keeps everything centralized and prevents miscommunication.
Do I need to use Trello?
Yes. Trello is required to manage requests, feedback, and workflow. It ensures clarity and consistency across all work.
How fast is turnaround?
Most first concepts are delivered within 48 business hours depending on scope. Timelines vary based on complexity, but work moves continuously.
How many requests can I submit?
Unlimited. We work through them one at a time on Standard plans and two at a time on Premium plans.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Revisions are included. We continue refining until the work aligns with the direction.
Who will be working on my designs?
Your work is handled by The Newton Agency’s internal creative team. No outsourcing, no junior hand-offs, and no templates.
Can DESIGNFLOW™ handle branding and larger projects?
Yes. Larger initiatives are broken into structured phases so the work stays focused and progresses without delays.
Can DESIGNFLOW™ replace an in-house designer?
For many brands, yes. It provides consistent output without the cost, hiring process, or downtime of building an internal team.
What if my internal team is overloaded?
DESIGNFLOW™ is built to support that. You can submit requests as needed and we integrate into your workflow.
What tools do you use?
All communication and collaboration happens inside Trello and Figma. We also use Adobe Creative Suite and Wix Studio for execution.
Is there a limit to revisions or scope?
Revisions are not capped. Scope is managed per request to maintain quality and speed. Larger work is broken into phases.
Can you design and build websites?
Yes. Website design and builds are included under Premium plans only. All sites are built in Wix Studio or Wix Standard with clean structure and foundational SEO setup.
How does DESIGNFLOW™ ensure brand consistency?
Everything is built inside one system. Your brand direction, assets, and decisions carry forward into every request so nothing resets.

Can I cancel my subscription?
