• Service providers who help us operate the Services, under agreements that limit their use of your information, including:

  • Stripe (payment processing)

  • Wix (website hosting and infrastructure)

  • our email and subscriber platform (email delivery and list management)

  • analytics providers

  • workflow and productivity tools, including automation and AI-assisted tools used internally to help produce and manage deliverables

• Legal and safety disclosures where required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.

5. HOW WE USE AI AND WORKFLOW TOOLS

We use modern tools and technologies, including automation and AI-assisted tools, within our internal workflow to help research, organize, and produce deliverables. All final deliverables are reviewed, directed, and finalized by The Newton Agency. We do not sell your information to these providers, and we use them to operate and improve the Services only.

Workspace materials may be archived or removed as described in the applicable product Terms (for example, GBS workspace materials may be removed 90 days after delivery or after prolonged inactivity). You may request deletion as described in Section 8.

• access the personal information we hold about you,

• request correction or deletion of your information,

• opt out of marketing communications,

• opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and

Marketing opt-out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in our emails. We may still send you transactional or service-related messages necessary to deliver a product or service you purchased.

If a breach occurs, we will comply with applicable breach-notification laws.

Our Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
