You submit requests through Trello with briefs, references, and feedback in one place. We work through requests in order and keep everything visible and organized.

Do I need to use Trello?

Yes. Trello is required. It keeps communication clear, eliminates email chains, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

How fast is turnaround?

Most first concepts are delivered within 48 business hours. Timelines vary based on scope and complexity, but speed and consistency are core to DesignFlow.

How many requests can I submit?

Unlimited. We work through them one at a time on Standard plans and two at a time on Premium plans.

Are revisions included?

Yes. Unlimited revisions. We refine until the work is right.

Who will be working on my designs?

Your work is handled by The Newton Agency’s in-house creative team. No outsourcing. No junior hand-offs. No templates.

There’s no limit on revisions. Scope stays focused per request to ensure quality and speed. Large initiatives are handled in phases.

Can you do website design?

Yes. We design and build responsive sites using Wix Studio and Wix Standard with clean structure and basic SEO setup.
